SLEEPNATION presents our new Open Runs & NIL Workshops! Serving Middle School, High School, and college athletes in the greater Sacramento area. An opportunity to participate in the area’s most competitive scrimmage play, plus learn how to build your personal brand and a solid financial plan.

6:00 - 6:15 Check-in
6:15 - 6:45 Workshop
6:50 - 7:50 Warm Up
7:50 - 8:15 Play
8:15 - 8:30 Break
8:30 - 9:00 Closing and Group Stretch
